It is therefore assumed by a clamping and connection arrangement for the outer lightning protection, consisting of a clamping body and a clamping screw. The clamping and connecting arrangement should be able to receive both round conductors and flat conductors and thus be universally usable.
The clamping body has a through-opening for the clamping screw with an upper side directed towards the screw head of the clamping screw and an underside directed towards the screw end of the clamping screw.
The upper side has recesses for the leading reception of a conductor and the screw head has a corresponding breakthrough in this respect. This may be e.g. circular breakthrough act with semicircular grooves on the top of the clamping body. The recesses or the corresponding breakthrough may, however, also be deviating from the circular, e.g. rectangular shape, preferably for flat conductors own.
The screw head also has a stopper portion and an extension, the latter being immersed in the passage opening of the clamp body. The stopper portion rests on the conductor to be fastened in the case of installation.
According to the invention, the extension of the screw head is formed on the outer peripheral side as a key area. In the simplest case, this can be a key area that is complementary to the shape of a classic open-end or open-end wrench.
However, the key surface can also have a polygonal shape, quasi complementary complementary to the shape of a classic ring wrench.
The passage opening of the clamping body has a respective korrespondieren¬de inner contour. This makes it possible, the clamping screw in the clamp body verdrehgesi¬chert to lead. In a further development of the invention, the key surface on the extension of the key body and the corresponding inner contour of the clamping body are designed such that an angular offset twisting and insertion can be made with respect to the position between the clamping screw and clamping body.
By such a measure in conjunction with different recesses on the upper side of the clamp body, the clamping of conductors of different geometri¬scher shape or round conductors of different diameters can be simplified and done safely.
In the aforementioned sense, the aperture in the screw head has dimensions corresponding to the cross-sectional area of the conductor to be clamped. If round conductors are to be clamped, the opening is, for example, designed as a bore with a semicircular cross section. If flat conductors are to be clamped, the aperture has a rectangular or possibly square cross section.
As already explained, the recesses located on the upper side of the clamping body can have a different geometry such that conductors of different dimensions can be clamped. These recesses may e.g. be designed as a classic channel with a semicircular cross-section, but also as a V-shaped notch.
The clamping and connecting arrangement is preferably made of stainless, machined by turning and / or milling metallic materials.
Then, when the aforementioned key surfaces correspond to the principle of wrench surfaces, it is possible to manufacture the clamping and connection assembly cost, since it is assumed that simple turned parts, which receive the desired key surfaces in the subsequent milling step.
